Join the onboarding waitlist directly on our website. Once you have signed up, a simple questionnaire will be emailed to you that will be required before we can activate the account.
This simple questionnaire provides us with the necessary information to react to potential issues and identify your personalized response preferences.

We send detailed instructions and recommendations on setting up your monitor most effectively and with appropriate thresholds. We also will include documents that can be added to a property guidebook for the guests to reference if they have questions.
If you rent a monitor from us, you will receive your preferred device in the mail, along with hardware insulation instructions.

Once the monitor is installed and the onboarding process is complete, we begin monitoring your properties at all hours to ensure guests comply with house rules. When an issue does occur, we will dispatch one of our specially trained officers directly to the property.

The staff member is provided detailed information before arriving and is trained to de-escalate the situation. Once the situation is assessed and handled, a detailed incident report will be sent to you. This report can assist with any damage claims or help protect yourself from false claims from guests, as the reports are from an independent third party. This process is fully automatic and requires no action from the manager or owner. Each in-person response is charged $99 per incident
